This week, spring started for real. The fresh green is starting grow, but is not overwhelmingly present yet. It also means that, with some morning mist, one can find spots with a very nice atmosphere, where nature still echos the dulness of winter.
This photo was taken earlier this week, when we had some early morning fog. It shows the village of Wellenstein as it is tucked between vineyards. I find that the photo has a stronger atmosphere when rendered in black and white, which brings back memories of winter. But rest assured. It is finally spring.
