Erik Proper's Pictures
About a month ago, I participated in a photo workshop in Luxembourg's Mullerthal, organised by two professional local photographers: Christophe Van Biesen and Alfonso Salgueiro. One of the places we visited were the Schiessentumpel falls.
This photo is actually a composition of three exposures to create the large depth of field, ranging from the branch and leaves up-front, to the waterfall behind. I used a filter to lengthen the exposure time, resulting in the soft structures of the water.
In post, I blended these exposures in photoshop, while also removing some undesired debris, as well as slightly lightening up the dark parts and increasing colour saturation of the yellows and greens.
