If all goes well, I will visit Namibia again in 2019. This weekend I've received the itinerary for the new expedition. This inspired me to select a photo from my last visit to Namibia as this week's photo. 

This photo was taken in the desert near Sossusvlei, an area well known for its red sand dunes, with magnificent patterns and formations.

In post, I increased the contrast of the photo slightly, to better bring out the depth of the patterns.
