This week takes us once more back to Sossusvlei. When left untouched, the combination of wind and sand can produce the most amazing structures. I found these "waves of sand" in the "shadow" of a large dune. 

I decided to render this image in black-and-white to accentuate the structures in the sand, and the gentle slopes of the sand on the foreground.
