Around Christmas last year, I was in the Netherlands to visit my family. Also gave me the opportunity to take some photos in the area. Once again, we did not have a white Christmas. Nevertheless, we could still enjoy (?) a nice cold and misty day in the heather fields of the Posbank near Rheden, the place where I was born.
This photo was taken facing towards the south-east. At the left top you can see the steam plumes of the garbage incineration plant in Duiven.
